Select the type of service you need, the office convenient to you and your desired date and time. If you need to cancel for any reason, select View/Cancel Appointments.

E-ticket saves your place in line for same-day service! Choose your location, scan the QR code or text that office’s unique code to 89247. When you arrive at DMV, text “I am here” to activate your reservation.

View wait times at the customer service center nearest you. 

To check in when you arrive, visit the Information Desk or scan the QR code in the lobby to get an e-ticket. Follow the text message prompts and you’ll receive your ticket number directly on your phone.
