Keying VIN Information
The VIN must match exactly! Manufacturers never assign VINs containing the letters "O" or "I".
Be sure to enter the VIN carefully and be aware of characters that look very similar, like:
- the letter "O" and the number "0"
- the letter "I" and the number "1"
- the letter "Z" and the number "2", and so on.
If you are unsure of the VIN, you may want to contact the owner again to confirm the EXACT VIN before continuing.
