RICHMOND – Due to the large amount of vehicle and pedestrian traffic expected in the area for the Allianz Partners’ Richmond Marathon, the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles’ (DMV) Richmond Central Customer Service Center, 2300 West Broad Street, will not offer road testing on Saturday, November 11, 2023.
Road closures, pedestrians and added traffic during the marathon make conducting road tests challenging; as such, DMV asks customers to visit other nearby offices for convenient service.
