FAIRFAX – DMV's new Braddock Road Customer Service Center (CSC) is now open.
The new office, located at 9855 Braddock Road, replaces the Fair Oaks Mall location. It has triple the square footage and 10 additional service windows, bringing the total to 20. The new location also has a new countertop design to improve efficiency and customer flow and offers road skills testing.
More than 50 services are available online at dmv.virginia.gov. If a customer wants to visit in person, they can make an appointment, reserve their spot or simply stop by during office hours. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
