FAIRFAX – DMV's Fair Oaks Mall Customer Service Center (CSC) is moving to a new, larger office offering enhanced efficiencies for customers.
The current office will close at 5 p.m. Thursday, January 11. The new office, located at 9855 Braddock Road, is scheduled to open Monday, January 22 at 8 a.m.
During the transition, customers have many convenient service options. More than 50 services are available at www.dmv.virginia.gov. If a customer needs to conduct business in person, they can make an appointment or stop by during office hours at any other CSC, including the nearby offices located at:

For vehicle transactions, such as registration renewals, titles, license plates, and decals, customers can visit the Fairfax City DMV Select located at 10455 Armstrong Street, Room 224, Fairfax, VA 22030.
The new Braddock Road CSC will have triple the square footage of the Fair Oaks Mall location and will feature 10 additional service windows, bringing the total to 20. It will also have a new countertop design to improve efficiency and customer flow and offer road skills testing.
