VIRGINIA BEACH - Customers in the Virginia Beach region who need to title or register a vehicle now have a new option for service in the area, the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) announced today.
America's Auto Auction, a longstanding DMV partner for motor vehicle dealer services, recently expanded its offerings to include titling and registration services for the general public.
Customers can visit America's Auto Auction, 656 South Military Highway, according to the following schedule:
- Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Wednesdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to noon
"We continue to increase the number of locations customers can take care of vehicle-related DMV services in person," said Acting DMV Commissioner Linda Ford. "Furthering our partnership with America's Auto Auction adds to our existing network of customer service centers and DMV Select partners available to Virginians in the region."
"We welcome locals and visitors alike to take advantage of our expanded services," said America's Auto Auction General Manager Derek Simmerman. "Our continued partnership with DMV allows us to not only support the auto industry, but expand our service to the public."
Motor vehicle dealers in Virginia use auto auction services instead of DMV customer service centers to process their vehicle-related transactions. America's Auto Auction joins Adesa Auto Auction, located in northern Virginia, as the second auto auction in Virginia to increase their reach by providing services beyond dealerships.
